自2018年1月12日第十届“黄河学”高层论坛暨“气候变化、黄河变迁与中原文明嬗变”国际学术研讨会通知（第一号）发出后，得到海内外学者的积极响应，已有数十位专家学者报名参会。会议筹备组已通过邮件等方式邀请到相关研究领域的14位专家作为“特邀嘉宾”作大会主题报告，具体名单如下：
